and you may receive promotional offers from time to time from us on
behalf of our clients. You can request to be removed from this database

domain name registrations and any other services carried
out on behalf of the client remain the property of WWW Design until
such time that payment for all related accounts has been made in full.
WWW Design will not provide copies, or means to copy websites we have designed, for clients or any other party, at any time. The website content is the property of the client. The website design is the property of WWW Design.
WWW Design does not offer a content management facility - the management of all sites designed by WWW Design is carried out solely by WWW Design on behalf of the client.
Accounts
All invoices must be paid by the 20th of the month following issue - 3% interest will be added to unpaid invoices at the end of each month.
Failure to pay accounts on time may result in suspension or permanent
termination without notice. WWW Design may exercise the right to discontinue
providing any services (either hosting or maintenance) for any business
or individual whose account is not paid by the due date. The client is also responsible for any debt collection fees that may be incurred in recovering monies owed to WWW Design.
